·Did you check if the devices are getting detected under Device Manager?

Drivers for MSI MS-7641 based on MSI 760GM-P23(FX) (MS-7641): Search for drivers by ID or device name. Other Agon AG271UG functionalities include a DisplayPort and HDMI ports, a 4-port USB 3.0 hub, a couple of 3.5 mm audio jacks, as well as 2 W stereospeakers.

·Did you check the devices on other USB ports or other computers?

·Do you have mapped network drives immediately following your last logical device (eg E:, F:, or G:)? If so, the device is probably mounting to the same point as one of those drives and thus becoming 'invisible'.

Step 2: Uninstall all the USB entries from Device Manager
